Japanese VG10 Chef Knife – Premium Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife

It arrived super fast, the product comes well packaged and meets all the description, now I feel like a kitchen Samurai 😅, but joking aside, it works very well. I thought that based on the photos it would only be useful for peeling vegetables, but it cuts meat without any problem. The only thing is that you have to use it carefully because it's very sharp.

It got here really fast(9days since ordering) very good packaging for the price and the quality is top.. much better than much more expensive knives if you ordered here.
Looks good and feels good. For the price its absolute bargain.
The damascus seems real.. it isnt lasered at least for that part.. sharpness wise its ok for normal people but for me its poor i like it shaving sharp so i will go finish them on a whetstone.
I don't know if the vg10 is real and same with the heat treatment. But time will tell..
But anyway i recommend this knife to a lot of people because at this price its absolute steal! (ofcourse handcrafted knives don't compare to them but also the price is 6x higher..)

A good medium-sized knife that is very manageable.
The layers of steel are noticeable to the eye and touch.
Very happy with this purchase, the blade cuts like a razor.

It looks like the knife is made of laminated steel with AUS10 in the center. This steel is quite hard and should hold an edge well. There is no grind from the middle of the blade, no grind from the handle to the tip of the knife. The geometry of the universal knife and cutting edges are good. The full tang handle is made of G10 textolite. Comfortable stainless steel bolster. Overall impression - it's a beautiful and high-quality knife. Definitely worth the money! (it cost me $19).

My second order to have some more of these knives. really good and sharp knives out of the box. sharp enough to shave the hairs from your arm.

This one is handy, not too big. Also it is very sharp, be careful. Hope it will keep the sharpness for a while.

This is my second turwho blade. The sharp edge on turwho knives is the best i have in my home kitchen.
I no longer need to use a stone and steel before food prep.

The product is very good, i bought it a while ago. It holds its edge well. It is very difficult to sharpen because it is made of hard material.

I liked the knife, the packaging is great, it comes in a box suitable for a gift, very sharp, didn't take long to arrive, bought as a set for cheaper. I recommend it.
