Fantastic knife, with it comes a note saying that they guarantee 24 hour respons with customer service. never heard of anything like that with a cheap product from china. i have not tested and verified their customer service claim.

Knife arrived on time, was well packed and is very sharp. However, all should be aware that the handle is very small and very narrow - designed for a small woman or large child. This also makes the knife feel unbalanced in my hand.



Also to know, the handle has no finish. This is common with specialty wood handles, but the handle will stain if not sealed - i used watco danish oil which is a blend of penetrating oil and varnish.

Very high quality knives, perfect craftsmanship, the knives are so sharp that you can shave with them even after a week in the kitchen; so far I've only used them on leather with paste, no sharpening is needed yet.

A nice knife for cutting smaller items. Straight out of the box, it wasn't sharp, but it met expectations since it didn't need much sharpening. A few strokes on a sharpener with 3000 and 10000 grit made it razor sharp. The handle could be a bit thicker, more suitable for a woman, well and evenly polished, suitable for oiling. Highly recommended!!!
