Couldn't load pickup availability
I received the product, but the packaging was not good at all; the package was crushed during transportation. I hope there was no damage. Another issue is that I couldn't hear the doorbell when the package was delivered, even though I was home all day, and my package was given to the neighbor even though I was at home. I did not like this at all.

The egg boiler is UNUSABLE because the plug does not match the French standard, see the photos. Furthermore, the box arrived in poor condition. I am extremely disappointed.

The pot looks good, but the plastic lid is too soft.
It arrived with the box in terrible condition, but it works wonderfully.
As per the photo, not yet tried, Too bad that the electrical plug is not suitable for France, not compliant with European Standard!, and not specified on the merchant's website 🥺.
Unfortunately, the plug does not fit our sockets.
